The lifting uppercut slash does plenty of damage too when it becomes a double uppercut slash. Once you use it enough, it becomes a DOUBLE STAB, which is definitely niftier when it comes to damage. Power up your techniques! Basically, the more you use a move, the more likely it is to become improved. Keep yourself moving and learn how far it reaches, then unleash it when you're in range and they're about to attack. It dodges short range attacks easily and delivers a pretty damaging blow. Your character with the default sword has a move that steps back and then stabs forward. Learn the range of your attacks and your opponent's attacks. By running away honorably and kicking up some shrooms or radishes or even cheese, you'll essentially have a longer lifebar. where's the nummers?
